1.LCD人机对话界面:可实现完整的、系统的对话效果最大限度的 降低验收后及质保期后的维护人力成 本和效率,日常同步显示“门体开度”,“工作时间”,“运行 次数”及各种运行代码;

a:快速门停电记忆功能:当停电的时候可随意人工操作快速门的 开关位置,通电后不用调整限位直接工作;

b:转向设定及识别功能:当380V电源进线相序或控制箱到电机的 相序接错时,系统直接报错,有效的避免后期在自行维护或移装 的时候由于疏忽导致发生重大安全事故;

c:有效运行位置设定及识别功能;当快速门限位设定后,控制系 统能智能的识别门体是否动行在非法范围,一旦系统识别后就会 提示“限位异常”并停机要求检修后才继续工作,该功能主要针 对于后期的刹车系统故障;

d:永久性无累积误差:编码器累积目前快速门最常见最普遍的故 障问题,而全量程绝对值限位技术则完全避免这一点。
